	color: Newsletter  Recent and On-going Activities  Visit to Lagos Nigeria   Due to the ever increasing Oil & Gas opportunities Worldwide, we recently visited engineering companies in Lagos to assess potential work prospects. There were many surprises during the visit all of which were positive. The professional and enthusiastic approach by those visited has resulted in the intent to formalize contracts with two Nigerian companies - Deltatek Engineering Limited and Makon Engineering & Technical Services Limited.  ExxonMobil   Our Senior engineers continue to hold management and lead engineering positions for ExxonMobil projects. These include a start-up team for both the Kizomba A and Kizomba B projects in the US, Holland, Korea and offshore Angola in support of Esso Angola.  More recently one of our teams has been mobilized to Singapore to assist with the Erha project for Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited. The team will join both legs of the tow from Singapore to the offshore location in Nigeria. Our team will be responsible to lead the start-up activities through 2006.  We have recently supported two other Nigerian projects for Mobil Producing Nigeria, these being the East Area project and the Yoho project.  We continue to give commissioning management support for the Atlantic and Cromarty extensions to the St Fergus Terminal Project in Scotland.  Tullow Oil   Dexcrest have provided commissioning management and post start-up support to Tullow Oil for their newly built Horne & Wren platform for the Southern North sea. We have also assisted in engineering and Hazop reviews for a new land based development - the Bangora Project to be located in Bangladesh.  Burlington Resources   We have provided engineering support and commissioning management for Burlington Resources at the design stage for the Rivers Onshore Terminal and are now actively involved in the commissioning and start-up of the facilities through the provision of the Commissioning Manager and Lead discipline personnel. We have also undertaken start-up documentation for the platform facilities.  The Rivers Fields Development Project will include the development of three sour gas fields in the East Irish Sea.  The product from these fields will be transported via a dedicated sour gas export pipeline to the HRL North Morecambe Terminal at Barrow-in-Furness.  There the gas will be treated to remove H2S in a dedicated Rivers gas reception and treatment plant.  The sweetened gas will then be further processed within the HRL facility.  Ras Laffan   Dexcrest continues to provide client representation and management of instrumentation and control design for the third phase of a major LNG plant in Qatar requiring world-wide equipment procurement and acceptance.
